These Terms govern your use of NEXIS VOICE SMS/text messaging services.

SMS Messaging Terms

NEXIS VOICE provides AI-powered call summaries and business notifications via SMS to users who have explicitly opted in.

1. SMS Use Cases

By opting in, you may receive two types of messages:

• Non-Marketing Messages: AI call summaries and business notifications
• Marketing Messages: Promotional offers and updates about NEXIS VOICE services

You can select your preferences during the opt-in process.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to opt into and receive SMS messages from NEXIS VOICE.

By signing up for our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the SMS subscription immediately.

3. How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 708-972-0005.

After you send "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Message & Data Rates Disclosure

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You will receive approximately 2-4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
